ForeverEchoes ("we", "us", or "our") is built to help you preserve and share your family's most treasured memories. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address so we can identify you and communicate with you.
Memories you create: The stories, events, photos, voice notes, and videos you upload are stored securely so you and the family members you choose can access them.
Usage data: We may collect anonymous analytics such as which features you use and how often, to help us improve the app.
We never sell your data. Your memories are only shared with the family members you explicitly invite. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the app (such as cloud storage and email delivery), and they are bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can access, edit, or delete your memories at any time within the app. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at ForeverEchoesLifeStories@gmail.com. When you delete your account, your stories and media are removed from our systems.
ForeverEchoes is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy in the app or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
